Eight of these exceptional apartments are the largest in our collection, with two located on each of the top four floors. The 6th floor apartments offer breath-taking sea views, while others enjoy stunning city vistas. Each spans a generous 50 square meters and features spacious double rooms.

Our four thoughtfully designed compact apartments offer 35 square meters of stylish, comfortable living. Each one is fully equipped with all the essential amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The modern wet rooms are fitted with discreet grab rails, ensuring added safety and accessibility without compromising on style

Parking

While we don’t have on-site parking, guests are welcome to stop at reception to drop off luggage before parking. Convenient public parking is located just behind the apartments, only a short 2–3 minute walk away.

Visitors

We understand that being away from home doesn’t mean being away from friends and family — you're welcome to have guests at your apartment. If you’re expecting any overnight visitors, please let us know in advance for fire safety purposes. While there’s no set limit on daytime visitors, we kindly ask that you’re considerate of others in the building. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am.

Maintenance

We understand accidents happen, but we kindly ask that you treat our apartments with the same care as you would your own home. If you notice any damage or broken items during your stay, please report it to reception as soon as possible. We aim to keep everything in top condition and appreciate your help and cooperation.

Laundry

Washing machines and tumble dryers are available on each floor for guests use, free of charge! Please be mindful of other guests and remove your laundry promptly. Any items left in machines or dryers will be moved to a rack to ensure others can continue using the facilities.

Serviced Apartments

Your apartment will be serviced once a week during your stay, including fresh linen and towels, bathroom cleaning, and hoovering. If you would like any additional cleaning services, just let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange them for you.

When emptying your rubbish, please take it to the designated room on floor 1. Our team will ensure it’s emptied daily.

Security

For your safety, CCTV is in operation throughout the external and internal corridors of the apartments. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact reception or call the out-of-hours number. Your security is a top priority for us here at the apartments.
